About Us

Pawprint Garden Shih Tzu!

We live in Salem, OR in the Willamette Valley of
the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

I have given birth to 11 healthy and happy children,
(some of which are married now and have their own family).
My husband and I have been married for 35 years and
are still in love!

I am a stay at home mom. I have 6 of my youngest
children still at home ranging from 7 years
to 23 years, and 9 furbabies.

Our Shih Tzus live in our home and sleep on our
beds at night. My three youngest daughters
love to have their little furbaby companions
sleep at the foot of their beds.

We have a small breeding program, one that we feel
we can handle and give the best of care to our little ones.

Destiny and Victoria help out a lot with the care
and loving of all our 9 Shih Tzus.

 

I love to square dance and round dance.
Square dancing is just wholesome
fun, and round dancing is like ballroom dancing.
It includes the waltz and two-step, and is more
romantic. We round dance in between square-dance
tips. (a tip is two dance songs)
Square and round dancing is less expensive than
a cruise to the Caribbean, but just as fun!

Here, my "wonderful and loving husband" Gary, and I are
 dressed and ready to go to a square dance.

 The greatest and most important part of our life
is the church we belong to. There, we have devoted
our lives to the Lord, and He and His will is first
and foremost in our lives.
We also believe that the Lord is with our
Shih Tzu family and the precious puppies.
